Grandma made some Banh Cuon for breakfast ! [:
Banh Cuon is a Vietnamese dish. Its kind of like spring rolls haha. It is meat (usually) wrapped in a thin rice paper and it tastes really good with Nuoc Mam (fish sauce) and Cha Lua ! At home I usually put fried scallops (I think thats what its called) on top of it so it has some crunch [:
